(Video) F1 pundit claims Ferrari 2024 season could be GONE if they fail to extract maximum

F1 commentator David Croft has delivered his opinion on Ferrari’s title hopes this season. The Maranello-based team has endured a massive dip in form despite starting the campaign in a fairly strong manner.

Ferrari currently stands third in the Constructors championship behind McLaren and Red Bull, with 345 points. However, the team has faced a prevalent issue of bouncing with the SF-24, which has single-handedly been the most potent factor in their shortfalls this season.

David Croft has inevitably stated the need for the Maranello-based team to get rid of their issues with bouncing. Croft hopes that the new floor upgrades will be able to resolve just that ahead of an important race in Zandvoort.

I think Zandvoort is a critical weekend for Ferrari. There's a new upgrade package coming in at Zandvoort, there's a new floor as a part of that upgrade package. They have got to get rid of the bouncing and if they don't, then the season's gone.

Ferrari have been winless since their extravagant triumph at the Monaco Grand Prix earlier this season. They will now have to make desperate efforts to win races and score points if they wish to fight wholly for the 2024 Constructors Championship.

Oliver Bearman hopes to learn from Lewis Hamilton at Ferrari

F2 Prema Racing sensation/Ferrari junior Oliver Bearman has conveyed his appreciation for seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton. Bearman signed a deal with Haas F1 and will make his full-time debut in 2025.

It is fantastic that he can share his experience with me. I hope to learn a lot from him and I hope that Ferrari does too, because I think he will be a valuable asset for the team.
Oliver Bearman told SkySports

Bearman has regarded Lewis Hamilton‘s skills as an asset to the Maranello-based team. He hopes to learn a lot from his fellow compatriot, who is one of the most accomplished and experienced drivers on the current grid.

Oliver Bearman was vastly impressive in his first-ever run for Ferrari at the Saudi Arabian GP this season. Keeping this in view, he will be eager to impress one and all once again from the 2025 season onwards. However, it will not be easy for the young Brit to go up against the well-established F1 driver Esteban Ocon at Haas.
