The Starter Decks in Yu Gi Oh! Master Duel

Once you finish the tutorial, the game will let you choose from 3 Starter Decks, each with its own quirks and strengths, alongside a learning curve.

Power of the Dragon

Power of the Dragon is the best choice for players who are entirely new to this game or clueless about the game’s mechanics. This deck is straightforward yet holds powerful cards, most of them being timeless classics from the series, such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Instead, it focuses on some complicated mechanics such as Synchro Summoning. This special Summoning will let you combine different Tuner monsters to summon powerful Synchro monsters that can win you the game with their damage and special buffing skills.

You will constantly be swarming your playfield with lower-leveled cards and sacrificing some of them to summon your main cards; the Synchro Monsters.
